Was I wrong about finally having time to blog. I have been busy, busy, busy and yet I have no firm schedule. Funny how time can slip away. I have had many experiences since my last post, however, by far the one that has impacted on me the most and has been the saddest is the loss of my mom back in April of this year. I am experiencing the loss of a parent, best friend, and sister. My mother was indeed all these things to me and much more. I realize that my life, likes, loves, habits, interests, and the list is virtually endless were so influenced and shaped by my mom's teaching and example. I am at times so lost when I realize she is not here that I overcome with a sense of loneliness and still a sense of disbelief. I realize many people have experienced the loss of a loved one that was very close to them and that it is hard to actually empathize unless you have had the sad experience yourself. I do hope in the future to be able to put some more effort into this blog if only for my own personal reflection. We will see, best intentions and all that..." Well I am off to finish the project I was engaged in when I stopped to check something online.... Saw another blogger site and remembered my own. Even had to try a couple of times to login since it has been so long. The home we purchased is giving us much to do to keep busy. This month it has been and continues to be the yard work and finishing touches on the exterior. I guess things are never "finished" and homeowners know all about "a work in progress"!

Can't believe that it's been sooooo long!

I had actually forgotten about this blog. I started it when I had several projects on the go and was working full time. Well I am in a less frazzled state these days and now that I have rediscovered this blog I may actually get time to commit some of my thoughts and leisure projects......... Since the last post I have had a change in job status, have moved to a new city, made new friends, developed new interests and rediscovered old ones as well! I enjoy fashion and love to travel. I like to do some (not nearly as much as the past) knitting and such, love my computer, iPods, iPad, T.V., Movies, Music, photography, reading, and cooking/baking. I like winter....skating, downhill skiing, and such. I have a very strong faith and Christian beliefs. It is the foundation of all.

I can't believe it has been almost a year since my last post. It has been a very busy one. My time is so taken up with work and when you get a break there are video games, novels to read, movies to see, photo editing to complete, and a thousand and one things that you never get around to doing! This is not the best time for me to post but I just have to make one last attempt before the new year. Nothing earth shattering to say just wishing all a Healthy and Happy 2010. New year, new decade.....let's make the best of it.

Back to work after a Wonderful Christmas break.
Good to be at work. The routine and rhythm of the day feels right after the non-structure of the Holiday. Of course we all would like the break to continue just a little longer......
Learned some new tweaks and such for my Windows Xp and Windows Vista. My Xp started running REALLY slowly and needed some major overalls. I am not capable of the fine tuning without the help I receive online. Thanks to all who know and are willing to share/help! :)

Back to work again! It is as if the summer never was. Settling back to work with the kids is easy because it feels like you never left.

Couldn't get tickets for the Elton John concert, that was a disappointment!

Haven't been talking to anyone who did so I am not sure how it went. There was some trouble with cameras....

October is well under way. Thanksgiving weekend is here. Halloween will be here before you know it with all the hype that entails, especially working with children. They get pretty excited, worked up, hyper, distracted...... you name it. It is cute though. Scary but Cute!
